Right on the coastal bluffs of Pismo, the Silveria Remodel provides an excellent view of a clear blue ocean and the Pismo beachfront. Seeing the location of the project and talking about the remodel’s scope of work with the owner, Artifex Industries was eager to get right to work. To start, the existing rotten fascia, damaged decking, and windows were all demolished and removed. After demolition, Artifex Industries then rebuilt all removed deck members and handrails as well as replaced about 50% of the existing fascia. Currently, the entire exterior of the residence is painted and handrails are about to be installed for the deck.
Before and After
Arriving at the existing residence, it did not take long to see what repairs needed to be done. Much of the existing trim and fascia was either worn or rotten, and many deck members were damaged. Although this is still a continuing project, Artifex Industries is proud of the progress so far and is excited to see the final product.
